As a new patient, I was advised through X-rays I needed to have a wisdom tooth to be removed. I scheduled a date to come in and have the tooth extracted. I lost a day of pay to have the procedure done only to be told due to the position of the tooth the doctor was not confident to remove it. I was told many negative affects and ultimately suggesting if I went ahead with the procedure that a charge of 600.00 out of pocket would be required. After much thought and the feeling of each staff interaction from reception to intake to doctor communication and finally being told by the front desk that I can leave now; was a poor communication of customer service.

They do but but dont trust what they tell you. Confirm with denti-cal before doing any treatment based on what they know denti-cal covers.
