Burger Kings seem to notoriously have bad service. This is the first time I’ve been to a Burger King in a few years and I have to say it will be the last again. After ordering my food, the lady at the window was very rude. She threw the bags of food in my hands as soon as she opened the window and closed it in my face immediately. I waved to get her attention. She reopened the window and said “Yeah?” As if I’m bothering her. I asked for some ketchup which she carelessly dropped in my hands and closed the window back immediately. After taking the food out of the bags, I discovered that several of the syrup containers had slits in the middle and the bag sticky and wet. Some of the food was ruined. I went back and replaced some items. Frustrated because I’m unsure if it was done purposefully, but I won’t be going back.

Changed my rating, would give no stars if I could. Sitting in drive through for well over 40 minutes, a line of like 10 cars behind us and none in front, won't answer phone, after horn honking for about 5 min someone finally answers the drive thru, tells us they can't sell us 4 cokes ?!?! Dont know how to do Coupon codes and then ask us to pull to the front. They gave us a different deal and when we get there they are confused as can be, slow/lethargic well beyond what is normally experienced at establishments like this, everybody's eye's are bloodshot and drooping so much that I'd say they were sleep deprived. They were neglectful or incompetent or high or all being trained at the same time but also friendly so I'll give them that. Very frustrating visit. Hope to give a better review in the distant future after they have time to get their act together.

“ THE BAD APPLE BK” What can’t I say about this particular BK location Garrisonville Rd … the worst customer service ever … Front liners have Much negative attitude, eye rolling and their intercom system is/was horrible today (6/3/22) at 7:15 pm.While placing my order I asked a question regarding the menu and The intercom system was not clear and I explained I could not hear clearly what she was saying and drove around to the window to hear clearly and wanted to place my three orders and she refused to take my orders stating that they would not accept orders at that particular window. I’ve been in this area for years and frequented this Bk enough to know and say that these three individuals (one May have been the lead for the evening shift) are the most unpleasant front liner workers at this BK. Garrisonville Rd. Needless to say I didn’t place my orders and went to Chick-Fil-A Also three weeks ago I visited same place after telling myself I would not come back for the lack of customer service in their working position,,, (but family requested BK) they screwed the entire orders up and spoke to me as if it was my fault. I ended up requesting a refund. Again went to Chick-Gil-A “One Bad Apple”

Last visit must have been an off day for them. Food was barely warm and definitely not fresh. They were out of regular coke as well. Not sure how that happens. Their food is consistent though. Overall, it's meh.
