Everytime I have asked to make an appointment its "first come first serve" unless it's somthing that is mechanical or labor intensive then they take an appointment.
Yes. And offer military, veteran and I believe senior discounts. Very friendly staff, quick service and don't try to sell you products or services that you don't need.
