Called this afternoon about getting a new tire. Lee was so awesome and called me back saying they had an appointment available today. They were very quick and got me back on the road. I appreciate that they had the time to get me in and out while other tire companies did not. I will definitely be coming back here. By the way their prices were less than competitors.

I really want to give you guys a 5-star review, but I'm getting really frustrating. I've had great experiences in the past: staff is friendly and helpful, parts are great. But I think this store must be terribly understaffed. I've been trying to get a part re-ordered since April 2022 (now August). I understand there have been issues with the supplier but I'm getting almost no follow to my inquiries. Every time I call I get put on hold and then finally hang up after 20-30 minutes. It seems there should be a dedicated person for fielding calls instead of the guys handling customers at the front having to do that. I hope this customer service issue gets fixed and I just want to reinforce I don't think it's the quality of the staff but the number of people and how its set up. --- Update on August 23, 2022: Shortly after I posted this 4WP contacted me that my part was finally in and all is set to get this resolved. So I'm updating this from a 3 to 4 stars, but I still recommend they fix the staffing issues to have better phone service and improve follow up.
