This place is absolutely (in my estimation) the worst RV park experience you are privileged to pay for, the owner who claims to be a quality assurance manager (maybe Auschwitz) was impossible to deal with, it was very expensive compared to other places I stayed at, the restrooms were dirty, the showers were worse, and you had to pay extra to use them, do yourself a favor stay somewhere else, a turnout on the highway is a step up.

Not a $100/night resort. Beach is across the highway and down a residential street then a climb down an embankment. Got 8 channels on the “cable” tv, I think 3 were PBS. You need to make an appointment to use the pool or shower, also laundry since it’s by the pool. Called the owner for an appointment for laundry around 2 in the afternoon after walking by the pool and seeing it and machines were empty-nope, next appointment is 1:00 the next day. Site was large but dirt and minimal gravel, turned to mud with some rain. Pictures attached to prove we were there, seems like the owner likes to claim low ratings are from people who were never there. I’m guessing the high ratings are from people who live there, and there’s many. 2 stars are for giving us a spot on short notice, but now I know why there were sites available. Much nicer parks with lower rates if you can plan ahead.

3.8 🌟 STARS. This park has such potential to be great. It's setting is serene, mostly quiet, and it has some nice amenities... When you can use them. I'm not sure if it's left over COVID restrictions or... No inside locks on bathroom and shower doors is a problem. ONE hour window pool / shower combined time IS a problem. Fixing the showers to work normally = NEEDED (2 Hot water knobs on the shower?) All other showers at cost with a $100 a night fee plus = also a problem. Better access to the dumping station and pressure hosing for clear out = Needed. More direct dumps at the given sites = so much more convenient! Slightly better communication without a dissertation, each and every time there's a need. Finally, some additional thought to your Store's pricing: Take the one hour drive to the closest Walmart during Black Friday and utilize Amazon, reduce the prices on chairs and other items, maybe even a tent or two. Make em $5 more or $10. Not $50 for a $15 item, bet you'll make a LOT more money. I know we would have bought 3 or 4 chairs ... Again over-all we would/will stay again and we hope our suggestions will be well received.

Thank you for your nice comments for our family park! We all work hard to keep this park safe, care about quality assurance standards, and all guests. We love to make your stay the Best!! We have served the public for 20yrs. It took 6 years to clear the park of drugs and transient traffic with law enforcement. We will continue to strive to stay open, operational to be able to serve all. Some people are happy, some are hard to please or make happy and some like to use the review system for their outlet. Sometimes it’s best not to say anything unless you have something good to say. We do note problem people in the reservation database and share information for cross referencing with other parks, etc. Thank you for being nice and your good business!

They have a couple grounds where you can place your tents. If you wanted power they have an option for that to do. It'll be a little more on the price, if you don't mind not having power there's other sites to set up your tent wether it's up on the little hill were you can see the beach or where I liked and stayed was the site H.
