Big shout out to Travis for his excellent customer service. I went in to get my contacts and other magical phone stuff transferred from my dying android to a used iPhone that I'd bought from my dad. Travis was very kind about my lack of technical know-how, and got everything transferred over in short order. Great store!

This has by far been my best customer experience in any cellular store. It didn't take long given I didn't even have an appointment. Staff was courteous and helpful. Done in less than 20 minutes even though it was busy. I have been a Verizon customer forever and will continue to be because of the service like this.

Trying to call the store is impossible. The phone number sends you to the Verizon call center which is horribly designed and non-responsive.
