It’s not ez to write a bad review. Distasteful actually. The first America’s Best Customer Service employee tried to convince me one of two sets of glasses I was picking up was not crooked. Told mento stop looking at my eyebrows, a problem for many customers it seems. I asked her why the other set of glasses was sitting correctly on my face. She then asked the manager to help me. The manager heated the frame and made some adjustments. But it wasn’t right, as she could see also. Then after looking at the frame from another angle, I noticed one of the arms was bowed significantly. She says “That’s the way it comes from the lab. Do you want it straightened”? Well yes I want it straight, do you have customers that don’t want it straight? Finally after some 20 plus minutes the frame gets fixed, hopefully. Then as I get up to walk off the manager says in a cute way, “ If you have a problem with your prescription get back to us”. She sort of smirked when I asked if I was out of luck for any additional problems with the new frames. Perhaps the customer is responsible for errors by America’s Best Lab or Manufacturer? That’s a first - and a last for me.

👎👎 [FOR YOUR SAKE, PLEASE READ] At first everything is fine and dandy and cheap! ...Then once you pay for everything and get your glasses, you realize the products are cheap discounted bulk sales and/or manufactured in China, including Designer Brands... I bought 3x pairs... They break easily, screws come loose, etc. Also, the amount you pay upfront is NOT the actual amount. They are "ESTIMATES" of your insurance coverage. So months later (4months since purchase for me) you get a cerditor letter in the mail saying that your insurance did NOT cover the frames or whatever and if you dont pay within (X) amount of days, it will go to collections... I felt SCAMMED. Never again will I shop there... "You get what you paid for."

My lens kept falling out! Deanna of the Vallejo store fixed it on site!

No. They do not accept Medicare because of the low prices. Good news is without insurance you qualify for the 2 for 69.95 single vision with plastic uncoated lenses.
