Not sure about their service. Just had warranty service performed and they wouldn't give me a copy of the service ticket. Did they really replace the parts they said they replaced? There is definitely a new belt.

Great bunch of folks who really care for their clients. Charles and his service team looked out for me on some old chains I took in to be sharpened.
