Great spot. The staff are friendly. You should try and avoid it on the weekends or holidays. Do get print your bears certificate before you have your kiddo have it get filled because it’ll save you the time (they have it ready for your at checkout). It seems like EVERYTIME we go in they have the buy a $5 gift card and get $10 which can be use at your next visit. The staff are engaging but at times it seems they might be a little drained with all the kids (or parents) towards end of day lol. Good selection of items. If you forgot your gift cards, you can take a picture of them and show them and they will honor it. Located right across from a kids play area!!!! Very clean store. We do love coming here but prefer to come during the day and not on weekend afternoons. The manager (can’t recall the name) is super polite). Wide selection of tones for the Bear or you can record your own. They also have an array of scents and outfits. The experience is a little more special if you go when it’s not as busy

Depends on the Bear and accessories you’d like. The certificate asked stuffing come with the purchase of the bear.
