The service is beyond disappointing. Jarrett and Christina clearly discriminate different races and clientele.

Dont switch to verizon! The service sucks and the customer service at the napa location is even worse! Specifically the general manager, he is a horrible problem solver and screams at customers. I am absolutely switching to a different provider because of this unprofessional manager that cant help with minor customer issues.

Horrible customer service from this company (I think it's just a local franchise) and especially Jarrod today. I "look forward" to returning my new phone purchase tomorrow (which they couldn't make work) and just getting one from the Verizon online site. We try to support our local businesses, but not when then they are outright mean to consumers.

My Iphone purchase was very stressful. It was like buying a new car and they keep you sitting there forever to wear you down. The price never includes a total so you have to calculate what you're actually paying. After the purchase there was little support. I needed help with the accessories and they were very rude so I tried to figure it out myself. They work on commission so there is little incentive to help you. Next time I'll pay the full price and purchase from Apple because they have great customer service. Sadly the nearest Apple Store is an hour drive from me.

Since I Am A Client Of Verizon If I Where To Change My Samsung Galaxy S6 For A Samsung Galaxy S10 How Much Would I Have To Pay
Most cell services in the Napa Valley have that problem. It's the hills and wind whipping through those hills. It also might be your WiFi that's causing your problems. Check with your WiFi carrier.
Yes. They are very savvy here. Take your sign-in info for those accts with you.
Yes I would, you don't know if you're required to have a specific air time while you're there.
A lot actually if your talking about unlocking your bootloader it's the first step to rooting your phone or if you unlock your aim you can use any cell carrier sim card
It helps to pay your bill
