Horrible service I order online my time to pick up my order was 11:30am I get there and a girl asked for my name I tell her my name and she tells me, my pick up was until 11:45am and that it was progoing to be a few minutes late....I tell her my email says pickup time 11:30 and she tells me that I was wrong so I walked out to go get my phone to showed her my email she literally made me feel stupid because she keeps saying no that I was wrong I waited and she called the manager at 11:40 I tell the manager what was going on he asked for my name and he finds my order that have been ready 10 minutes ago...like this girl didn't even looked for my order and was showing me the receipt from another person....I would likely never return there and is a shame because is just a 5 minute walk from my house

People Care About You

Awful customer service. If a waitress gives a toddler a big plate to put on table, she must be new or is not thinking and also forgot to check in on us until she left the pay up bill. No way. Just awful service. I was not impressed by food either. Back to Denny's in Pasadena I go.

I've been coming here for years... However today was a little more pleasing. My waitress was on it, I think the new manager was too, he saw me looking around and right away he asked if I needed something. I'm doing a weight challenge that makes it difficult to eat out but the new items were great! Had egg white omelet, with spinach and mushrooms with a side of protein powder. Left happy with my decision on coming to IHOP.
