Took my new (to me) car here for its first oil change. Three months later my check engine light comes on, I look at my dipstick and realize I’ve been driving around with overfilled oil for three months. When I went to ask them to drain the oil the tall black employee yelled at me to move my car (which was not actually blocking anything) while I was talking to the check-in girl and gave me attitude when I politely asked for a few minutes. The story goes on and on but I had to argue to get my paperwork to reflect that they drained the oil (which they did, a full quart probably, and another mechanic had my dipstick and his oil rag resting on my engine block until he saw me watching him, THEN he got a mechanic’s mat to put them on ). Terrible customer service and obviously they way overfilled my oil which is REALLY bad for a car. Took like an hour and a half to get them to just take out some oil and get my paperwork. The tall black guy started freaking out again when he saw I was asking for a record of their service, making threatening gestures at me through the window.

They didn't vacuum the inside of the car. They did not check the lights, they are burned out and they reported them as good. They changed the battery and did not tighten the nut on the negative pole and that caused the car not to start later. They caused me a lot of trouble and expense with a mechanic. They lack training. Very bad experience.
