ZERO STARS. Worst moving experience I've ever had. Booked my truck over a week ago and got told on my moving day they overbooked and I couldn't get a truck. I hired movers and lost over 400$ for them just sitting around because of uhuals mistake. Uhual then sent me to 3 different locations promising me each time a uhuaI and none were true. Ended up with a far location, a smaller truck costing me miles I shouldn't have paid for. Next time I'll just book a moving company. Anything has got to be better than this experience. Stay far away and go to any other company.
