Spent $52.34 for pizza to be delivered and it was never delivered to me. Called the manager line and the store line SEVERAL times, no answer. Now, I’m out the money and the pizza. TERRIBLE. Whoever Natalia is, she needs to be fired.

I have ordered from this location at least 3 times before writing this review. And I have ordered something different every time. I have not had a single issue with any of my food or service provided. The staff is always nice and my food always delicious. Keep up the good work!!

The man working tonight or operating the phone has very poor customer service skill first told me he first told me he can’t contact his driver then called back because I entered the address wrong (we just moved) he put me on hold for 7 mins so I hung up called back for the drivers contact info he hung up on me. As a customer that’s just plain rude I ordered my pizza before 7pm it’s now 8:42pm with no pizza and ended up having to get food somewhere else.. just sad 😢

I wish I could give this place no stars. I live next to this papa John’s and have placed plenty of orders in the last couple years I’ve lived here. I’ve gotten the wrong food at least 10 times, walked there for a pickup (the app told me it was ready) and waited for an hour with “no idea where it is” when they had it sitting on a back counter the whole time. Most of the time the food has been wrong, it has been in my favor due to the amount of extra food I’ve received. I just don’t understand how a business can function when there is this level of incompetency consistently. Deliveries have taken as long as 2+ hours sometimes. Dominos is across the street, order from there instead.
