Had made a reservation online for a room with 3 queen beds, we showed up and were told no such room even existed and it was a mistake from online. Still no breakfast available and is blamed on COVID. Guy a the counter was very rude with us and the people that were ahead of us. It just seemed like they didn't want guests to stay over. Terrible experience, stay away.

The gentleman at the front desk was the nicest person. I lost my dog and was inconsolable and he brought me water and checked on me. I can't recommend this place enough. People aren't like that anymore. He was kind and genuinely cared. He made it a little easier and this hotel should be proud to have such a nice person. Representing them.

I booked this hotel because it was $20.00 cheaper. I think I would have liked it more if I just paid the extra $20 and stay at a comfort Suites. But the reviews for the Comfort Suites said that they had homeless families staying there, so I opted for the econolodge instead. I guess the state of MA can force hotels to take in homeless people. I think they should have to tell others on their website if they have homeless staying before you book a room. If I had not read the reviews I wouldn't have known. I don't think it's right not to tell us that there is increased risk.

Our room was not very clean. There was a barcode sticker someone had stuck in the shower, which was just wiped over with cleaning supplies. While the bathroom supplies had been replenished, the bathroom was not well cleaned. There was dirt and grime built up in every corner. The window of the room was left open, leaving the room humid. The room and entrances smelled of cigarette smoke. When we arrived, before entering the building, it was apparent we had made an error booking this hotel. The check in counter is sealed with glass, similar to a gas station that gets robbed regularly. The facility was noticeable aged, inside and out. Inside the room, there were large gaps between portions of the flooring.

I have never been treated even close to this badly by Hotel staff. The room was dirty, smelled badly of cigarettes and the owners arw rude and Infeltndiscrininatwd against and harassed. Worat motel Experience Ever. The Hyatt for a few dol difference was worlds better . Id camp out b4 going to Econo Lodge Malden. Read the.other reviews
I believe you can pay by cash too..My advice to you would be.Find another place
