The receptionists are rude to people they don't like their job they shouldn't be there they always answer you very bitter with sarcasm

Very bad, I was told that I had bleeding symptoms in the early stage of pregnancy, and I had to wait a week to see the doctor. The waiting time was long. I just looked with my eyes and mouth, and nothing could be solved. I had to wait another week for the B-ultrasound. If there is any problem, I have to sue them.

Sadly this is the most unprofessional medical provider I’ve ever gone to. The first time I went as a new patient they made a mistake and transferred me to another doctor (without notifying me). I’m back a second time for my scheduled appointment and again the year aren’t seeing me. This time they are saying I should have been here 30 min early for my appointment to be seen. Unfortunately l, they never told me that and their text confirmation system didn’t indicate the need to be here early.

Unfortunately! Without rude receptionists, without patience, they hate patients, they have no kindness or empathy. Every person who goes there arrives with some pain or physical discomfort, we go there out of need for relief because nobody likes going to clinics or hospitals. And they give you a lot of papers to sign and they want you to sign them without reading them and then if a few minutes go by they cancel your appointment. Well that is understandable but the abusive tone of voice of the receptionists is not.
