I called this center 5 times today to get a copy of my X-Ray taken more than a month ago. Each time they told me I have to talk to Mahtab and put me on hold for 10 minutes and then someone picks up and without saying a word hangs up on me. The fifth time I called Tami (if I spelled correctly) who was very kind finally picked up the phone and very politely helped me a lot and sent me the report within 2 minutes, but when I said I needed the X-Rays and not the report, she said I need to talk to Bella. Bella who is full of attitude didn't help me and passed me to Mahtab. Mahtab finally talked to me and said only Bella can help me! Called two more times but each time put on hold and never could talk to Bella again! God forbid if you need to get a copy of your X-Ray from this center. Just forget it!

This facility is appalling. I went in at 10AM. No one was there and I was told the doctor would be there soon. The place didn’t appear well kept. Maybe it was clean but certainly looked shabby. I stayed because I needed a wound dressed. They put me in a room and I waited for 1 1/4 hours. No one bothered to check on me. At that point I simply walked out.
