Lived here with my sister for some years now and it was really nice I like it in the summer real cozy now I'm moving in to a new apartment here at Layton Grove, hope I get good neighbors and glad they have been fixing a lot of things around like the balconies and such. Nice place to live in. Maintenance is awesome as long as Mike is doing the job. Not sure about the other folks.
