Chris and Amanda are Very rude and unprofessional. I felt offended! I was picking up an order and I went to the pick up table to check if the order was ready. A guy, his name is Chris asked me not to look at the pick up table and asked me about the order name. I told him about the name and he said it’s not ready and he is working on it. I waited long time seeing him handing other orders out to customers so I thought about taking a peek at the pick up table and found that my order was already out since the time I arrived. He saw me while taking a look at the table and in a rude way told me “Don’t look at the table, I will let you know when it’s ready” I told him that my order is already on the pick up table. Then I saw a worker, her name is Amanda and asked her to talk to a manager, she said Chris is the manager, I asked if I can talk to his manager, she said what’s going on?! I told her about my experience and she was laughing while listening to me. When I asked her about the reason for laughing, she said she doesn’t doesn’t understand me! This is very unprofessional and made me feel very offended. Quality is not the food taste but it’s customer service!
