We have a very bad experience with Dr. Azza Ayad and this Caduceus 4 Kids. Irresponsible, not accessible and don't know nothing about customer servise. Please don't waste your time if your child's health is important for you. They just have a fancy playground and toys for your kids, but costomer service. Disapointing! It is one month that they couldn't get my child's medical records from her past doctors and aren't able to give her referals.

Weve been coming here with our 10 month old since she was born and there’s literally ALWAYS an issue, whether it’s a long wait, a room with broken AC, recently we’ve been trying to catch up on her vaccines and 6 weeks ago we had to reschedule because they were out of stock of what she needed. So we went back today and AGAIN they were out of the vaccines she needed so now we need to go back again. We’re always rushed and does not feel like an organized or professional environment. Spend less time on the koi pond and more effort on the business. Definitely will not be going here much longer

My kids just got shots this morning and they asked me to give a shout out to Alishia. She was great. Lupe is amazing with the shot too, and we love our visits with Dr. Hines!
