Worst customer service on the rental side. They have charged me extra and no body pick up phone

Worst experience. Today I went to pick up car one of the hertz location. Hertz put me in do not rent list. When I asked the representative, why, reason behind I didn’t pay deductible for the incident happened in 2021. Immediately i showed the paid receipts to the manager and talked to the customer service they were not able to help me out. I paid way long back still they put me in do not rent a list. I don’t recommend to take rental cars thru Hertz. My rating is 000000000000

I’d gave a 4 star for this place. I always come here as along as I need rent a car start from 2019, as the girl sit inside always helpful for customer’s needed. I did not give a 5 star as the front desk sit near front door is totally not well-trained and attitude is rude for everything through my renting experience today even for her mistakes to cause confusion. However, I would keep renting at this location further, as the service here is mostly good.

This is dealing with the tnc operations of hertz rental. I just started to drive for uber in March. I decided to rent from this location, and all their cars were rented except for a kia optima. First, the Kia had 161, 000 on it. Besides the mileage, the car was making 11 miles to the gallon. With gas prices nearing $4, I would need to be a millionaire to drive for uber to afford the gas. I think for one, the management is to blame at this location. Never asked to be fairly compensated or to be treated like a customer from this location is you are an uber driver, because they won't. Update: after my original experience with the Kia, I decided to give them another chance. I decided to return the vechile after 3 weeks. I was double charged, once for the rental and the same price for the deposit. When I showed proof to the employees working at this location plus their manager in san Carlos, they failed to admit fault. Uber driver's beware, the employees are incompetent at this location and will not listen to you or fail to answer question about charges. Never rent from the 2 locations in the bay area. You might have to go to the location in Sacramento if you are too rent to drive for uber.
