EDIT: It means a lot to have a response from the owner and willingness to hear exactly where the deficits may be. Even if there is no real way to correct the issues I do appreciate the acknowledgment. For that alone I’m willing to give one additional star. (Changed from 3 to 4.) But unfortunately the baseline for a 5-star review is set far too high. The ‘old days’ of decent food and over-the-top customer service are long gone. This happened prior to the pandemic so I do not expect improvement anytime soon. And to clarify, this isn’t a location-specific issue, every single Red Robin has shown this level of decline (some more than others) but this is the only location who took the time to respond which goes a long way for me. We live in Vancouver and I would seriously consider driving all the way to Hillsboro for that reason alone. Thank you for the effort and good luck to you going forward…this will be an uphill battle for a long time but you will be ahead of the curve. _________ Original Post: Typical Red Robin experience. Not great but just what you would expect. Mediocre food and service. Hasn’t changed in 20 yrs.

Customer service was exceptionally poor. The hostesses in front seemed to be more interested in finishing their conversation than seating the customers. When they did finally finish they were border line rude in our interaction. Our waitress took our order and was never seen again. Will not be going back.

Not very busy when we were there. Ordered pretzel bites for appetizers and didn't get those until after we got our meals. The waitress said somehow they didn't get ordered. Never came back to ask if we needed anything it's not bottomless fries if they don't come back to give you some. But we did learn you can refill your own drinks from the tablet on the table. The food was good.

Went to Red Robin tonight for my birthday burger and what a disappointment. Not sure where my top bun is or why the other sandwich is all smashed. We have had issues with this location before but had hoped they had improved. They obviously have not.

Will my order was all wrong and once I got it it wasn't hot it was cold the waiter was running around in circles I know it's busy in there but really
Great place to eat BUT don't order through grubhub. They can never get it right. Specialty orders forget it. Review isn't based on one time order but I was stupid enough to do it 3 times. Guess what all 3 times WRONG.
They have an outside tent sent up so you're away from other people (outside your party, of course) in a kind of limited space but still room to stand up (if wanted), without getting rained on. Wouldn't recommend with strong wind. THEY HAVE HEATERS OUTSIDE!
