WORST locksmith experience EVER! We asked this company to replace the lock and match our current key on a bathroom door in our store that wasn't working well. Over the phone, I was quoted a max of around $200 dollars. The tech came several hours late, did all the work, then charged us $740. Wow! For a single lock! To make matters worse, the door handle DOESN'T EVEN WORK. It can't be unlocked by the key he supposedly rekeyed for it, or directly unlocked at all. It can be unlocked by jiggling a pin though, so obviously it's a very high quality $740 lock. I have called on four separate occasions to resolve this issue. The first three times I was told I would hear back from a manager and heard nothing. The fourth, I was told they would send a tech to fix it, who never showed. Clearly they were just trying to get me off the phone. This is frankly the worst experience I have ever had with ANY business. I am shocked they continue to operate. I will NEVER so much as touch a kiosk from these guys ever again.
