short version of what happen to use...took the company 2 times just to get the template made since the 1st person who showed up was rude and unprofessional. when it came time for the insulation that required 3 trips since the backsplash wasn't shipped with the counter tops then the stove won't fit so I asked Aaron Fry for a small compensation since I had a stove in the middle of the kitchen and was unsafe to use with family and pets. after getting the round around from Aaron I filed a complaint with the BBB and never heard a word back from anyone from this company
