What kind of classes do you offer foe beginner's.

Classes are offered by trainers, not the gym itself. Their offerings vary. You would need to either call michelle at the gym or check the bulletin board inside. Since its a 24/7 controlled access facility, you would need to call the gym anyway to set up a quick appointment.
