Since they won't allow me to submit feedback to corporate.... There was RARELY access the the door closest to my unit... I'm handicap and expressed this while IN OFFICE requesting a unit. The extremely RUDE clerk gave me an up stairs unit on the far back side of the building and said "take it or leave it", because he had a call to take. Since I had no time to shop around, i took what was offered. So not only up stairs, but to not have the sliding door near it accessible meant rolling heavy furniture or many trips all the way from the front of the building. There were also trucks and trailers constantly blocking access to the doors and the side gate was only open one time, during my stay. I have had MULTIPLE issues and NEVER been able to reach or receive a call back from a staff member. I've walked in and had random people roaming the building and homeless or drug users parking in the lot harassing others. I had to replace my card once, after a lost wallet- prepared to pay for it and the jerk at the counter made sure to tell me I was irresponsible and the next replacement would cost me. Long story short- rude, inconvenient, and unsafe feelings led me to move to a different facility.

Don't rent from here. Half the time you can't get into the dn building. They are rude and unhelpful. We leaving this place and going else whee. Also calling corporate on them

I had set an appointment to have a receiver hitch installed on my Toyota Tacoma. After appearing at the designated time, 11:00am Saturday morning, I was informed that my appointment was pushed back until Tuesday. There was absolutely no communication between I and Uhaul about this change. The Gentleman said they had texted me. They did not. I looked through my emails just to make sure, I received nothing. I understand employees get busy and mistakes happen but I never even received an apology. Instead I was accused of not checking my text messages. Instead of an apology I received accusations. Absolutely unprofessional. I’ve decided to take my truck to Curtis Trailer’s who’s shop specializes in towing packages. Take your business there. Unless you want to be accused and treated like a child, stay away from the Mclaughlin Uhaul across from Black Rock Coffee.
