I called at 3:30 today and ordered flowers for my very pregnant daughter. She was having a bed day. Didn’t think they would go out until tomorrow. She received them today and they were beautiful. The person who took my order was so pleasant. She said if your daughter is having a bad day today than that’s when she should get them. Will definitely use them again.

I called them the last minute, as my son did not know that little girls NEED wrist corsage for the Father/Daughter Dance. LOL.. She was so accommodating and helpful.

We arrived on Friday after driving for more than 8 hours. We had a time crunch, arrangements needed for a funeral service. Parma Flower Shop took the time to help us choose the right arrangements, then on a tight deadline, they really came through with some magnificent displays. We are so grateful, thank you again, David Patsko

Not sure how this place warranted such generous ratings. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to a funeral home, for the showing of my daughter’s father-in-law. What I ordered and what was delivered are two completely different …We apologize that you are unhappy with the arrangement. As you are aware your order was placed on a holiday weekend when unfortunately the flower suppliers were closed. As indicated on our website we reserve the right to substitute flowers when they are not available. Your selected floral arrangement was made fresh that morning with the same flowers and as close as possible. We also delivered the arrangement by 8:30am. It is the funeral home policy to immediately contact any florist if any arrangement is subpar and or damaged. When you contacted us after the services were over we quickly went to the funeral home to replace the arrangement with another freshly made one however the funeral director indicated the arrangement had already been taken home by the family. They said it was beautiful as were all of the arrangements received and expressed if any arrangement was not acceptable they would have contacted us immediately and would not have displayed it. The photo you are sharing is not a fair representation of how the arrangement looked when it was delivered. It is apparent the one lily was damaged when it was taken after the services. We take pride in our work, servicing families and funeral homes and do so daily with great appreciation from all of our loyal clients. We are honored to serve our community.
