They lost my order and I was waiting around forever then I left because I had to go to work. Next week i came back to see if they can resume my order they said: “You should have called and let someone know now it’s too late.” Well, they don’t believe me and cheap out on an $8 burger then they lost me as a customer for life.”

Of the burger chains, 5 Guys is my favorite. The most free options than the rest and good shakes as well. Their Cajun seasoned fried potatoes are tasty but they tend to use a little too much of the cajun seasoning but not so much to deter me from ordering them. Service is reasonably good to make the 5 Guys visit enjoyable for this patron.

I’ve done public customer service for almost 40 years. My motto is to treat people the way you want to be treated. Anna, the manager of this location needs to learn that. I ordered a 2 grilled cheese, burger with bacon and grilled onions. It was $15.49. This was my first time attempting to try this burger spot. I showed the cashier what I wanted from a YouTube video and he got help to ring it up. 2 grilled cheese, xtra patty(I didn’t ask for it. It was a nice gesture)grilled onion and bacon. It wasn’t made correctly. I called the restaurant and the manager, Anna was so rude on the phone talking over the employee who was trying to listen to me. She pulled my ticket and Anna is in the background saying they ‘don’t make that kind of burger, they don’t sell that’. Yet I paid for it. She got on the phone and argued at me. I was there in less than 5 minutes. She finally came out and I let her know she needs to learn to listen to her customer. She tried to argue again with me. I told her to just give me my $ back and left the burger on the counter. This manager needs people skills. I’ve been a restaurant manager and have my Serv-Safe needed to do her job. She never apologized or offered to make my order correctly. Bad customer service is bad for business.

A little bummed actually, ordered three burgers, two were correct one was left plain. For the cost the cashier should listen better. Also ordered one shake, she punched in two. Wrong size fries too. It'll be a while before I go back, if ever. Habit Burger is just as tasty and they pay attention to the orders.

From the Five Guys F.A.Q. Question: "Do you offer any food which is suitable for vegetarians?" Answer: "Yes, to a certain extent. Our veggie sandwich and grilled cheese sandwiches are suitable for lacto-ovo vegetarians. One thing to take note of is that our veggie sandwich is NOT a veggie burger. Our veggie sandwich consists of as many “veggie” toppings as you desire and served on our basic bun. You can add cheese if you please. Our bread is toasted, but usually on a separate grill from meat products. However, there is always a chance for cross contamination, so please check at the individual location where you are ordering to be certain. Finally, our fries are just plain potatoes cooked in 100% peanut oil and are suitable for even vegan diets."

About normal, nothing too crazy. Just masks required but 6 feet is not enforced. Dining is available but restricted inside. Overall pretty sanitary
