These people are perhaps the most UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDEST I’ve ever dealt with! The best part is that we didn’t even hire them, our neighbor’s did! Our neighbor’s installed a pool and hired these people to fill it. Apparently they thought our private lane was for their own personal use and used our yard as their turn around lane for their water trucks WITHOUT our permission. They left behind giant ruts & holes in our yard and killed the grass. I initially called the company to let them know and request someone come fix the damage. A few days later I called back to get an update on when someone may be coming out. The ‘lady’ who answered the phone (the same one from a few days earlier) was beyond rude and said ‘we’re working on it’. When I asked what that meant she screamed into the phone, ‘WE’RE WORKING’ and hung up on me! When I tried to call back she had turned the phone lines off. I then left a message with Randy who did call me back and seemed genuinely nice and willingly to fix what had been done. He readily admitted to being the one who had been in our yard and asked for pictures of the damage which I sent. After receiving the pictures he promptly responded telling me there’s nothing he can do and suggested I ask my neighbor to fix what he did to our yard! He proceeded to tell me my private lane is an easement (which it’s not) and then started making jokes telling me to call Sheriff Nottingham to fix it. The only jokes in this matter are the ‘lady’ who answers the phone and thinks it’s appropriate to scream at people as well as hang up on them and then turn off the phone line and Randy who thinks he can trespass on people’s private property, damage it, suggest someone else fix his mess and then make bad jokes about it. This company is highly UNPROFESSIONAL. I would never speak to or treat people the way these two do. I would be mortified to run a business that way, work for or hire people who think their behavior is acceptable. I would NEVER recommend these people or their company to anyone! Absolutely a disgrace.
