I made an appointment for three pm today earlier in the week. I was so busy with my week that I had forgotten to confirm which location I had called and showed up at the wrong Meineke (carpenter). When I had called the correct location (Bangs) I was still at carpenter and it was 2:56p the man that answered was so annoyed with me. He told me not to speed, rush, or die driving over and why couldn't I just get my service done at carpenter location. I understand that I made the mistake of not double checking but the level of unprofessionalism that I received was outlandish and uncalled for.
