From the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out I was not satisfied and happy. I did not think that people were friendly or happy. And after I sat 20 minutes. A teller finally tells me that I actually have to stand in line and then to sign in period there is no signs anywhere to tell you that . Then I have 15 people standing in front of me so now I gotta stand another 30 minutes now the 30 minutes. So now I'll be in there for almost an hour. Very disgusted and the way this place is ran.

Is it true that credit unions cater to people who have had banking issues in the past?
I use the Grove City location it's always a smooth visit when I go.
