APPOINTMENT ONLY. EVEN WHEN THEY ARE DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AND HAVE THE TIME TO CUT HAIR, IT'S STILL APPOINTMENT ONLY. don't even have 15 lousy minutes to do a high and tight. What good are you?
