Yes you can, they have a picnic area
Yes, lmb, pickeral and bluegull. This little pond gets a lot of pressure once bass season opens. I won't lie, it could use a stocking, lots of catch and take happens. You'll see painted and snapping turtles, a water snake or two and lots of geese as well.
There are a lot of Lilly pass but there is also good fishing
During the off season the park should have the gate closed. During the season it seems to be sun up to sun down
