I just went in today to sell some clothes all never warn with tags and none of it was bought. I had things from pretty little thing and fashion nova. I am curvy so sometimes trendy styles for curvy women is different than for smaller women. I had two pairs of ripped jeans, and it was said that ripped jeans wouldn’t sale. Ripped mom jeans are very on trend for curvy women right now! I have two bodysuits, a black and white one and they said it wouldn’t sell/they wouldn’t except them even though I saw bodysuits while I was shopping around. They said it wouldn’t sell bc people think they have been warn… with the tags still on them? I had a cider plus size dress… cider dresses are very on trend right now for plus size women. It was a waste of my time some things that they didn’t want I could understand besides what I just explained. What they take depends on the day is what it seems like. Buyers are making decisions based on things they would wear… little tip just bc you wouldn’t wear it doesn’t mean it wouldn’t sell and someone else would not buy it. That’s not a good mindset to have when you work at a clothing store. Very disappointed.

the pros of this place are good. the employees are super nice and i can always find clothes that i like. but they don’t outweigh the cons. if you want to sell your clothes here, don’t. they are super selective about clothes and the criteria for their selection is extremely vague. it’s a literal crapshoot and the reward is that you get 30% of retail worth in cash or 50% in store credit. in my opinion, not worth it. they also need to change their return policy. the return policy is you can return within two days, which is an extremely short window. i think it’s fine because i love extremely close to rag-o-rama, but if you are someone who lives far away, the window is very inconvenient. additionally, if you do return clothes, you don’t actually get a refund. you get store credit, which is a shady way to get you to buy more of their clothes. you don’t get your money back. they will always have your money. the only reason why i hate the return policy is because they don’t have their dressing rooms open, which doesn’t make sense because no one wears a mask or stands 6 ft apart. if they were open, i wouldn’t care about the return policy as much. however, you can’t try on clothes. you have to eyeball it and hope it is the fit you are looking for. if not, too bad because you can’t get a refund. my suggestion is only shop here when they have their dressing rooms open again, but don’t sell your clothes here.

The store was organized & the employees were friendly were my only positives . Unfortunately I didn't purchase any of the overpriced used items. I could not understand for the life of me how they are staying open. 22.50 for a pair of used over washed Walmart cotton shorts. It's disheartening that they are charging for items that are dingy (I could see if it was all vintage. I really can't believe that they paid someone for much of the store. I can't say I'll ever be back. Hanging in the area was fun and very interesting to my suburban daughter lol

I've been a frequent of this store for years and while they do have cool stuff, they tax on flea market quality clothes while saying the clothes you brought in aren't in good enough condition. They low ball you for what you bring in, compared to the prices of their merchandise. I won't be coming back for quite some time, if ever

Plenty of parking on side streets or park at M.L.k or Inman park train and take transit from there. Then u wont worry about parking. 😁

Nope

Prices really do range based on the item for example I got this really nice jeans jacket for 10$,while the leather one was 23$
