I hate to say this because I always get great service and food from here but I went yesterday and Kat was working the window. She was extremely rude because she got my order wrong multiple times trying to correct me about my order. She kept yelling that I had a strawberry lemonade so I just accepted it even tho I ordered peach lemonade. When i proceeded to the window I tried to engage with her to maybe help her have a nicer day. Again she was very rude slamming the window in my face and when I told her I just want her to have a blessed day she sarcastically said “you too” and slammed the window in my face again rolling her eyes. This was my worst experience ever at an arbys.
