I had set an appointment and I arrived early like the directions told me too. I didn’t get seen into almost an hour later, and whoever the physician was that day, couldn’t even see me and so my hour was wasted. She rescheduled my appointment and then they went and cancelled my rescheduled appointment. Very disappointed and very unprofessional.

Do not EVER go here! Not worth the time and effort! I wouldn't go here if it was free!! I took my friend here because she was having a terrible cough, congestion, and headache; the coughing and congestion was the worse for her. When it was our turn, Esther fortingo came out to see us and I had a bad feeling already! Her face and attitude told me she didn't want to be there. OKAY, we tried not to judge her just yet, but professionalism is definitely not there. Before we walked into the room we asked if her insurance is being accepted there and it would cover the cost. She looked at the insurance and responded "yes." After she checked her out she recommended cough syrup over the counter . I pushed for antibiotics because her coughs and congestion's were bad and it could lead to pneumonia. This women showed me a CHART!!! that's on the screen based on my friends symptoms and that's what it recommended!!! She didn’t even hear her chest out. She doesn't have any knowledge to diagnosed on her own she based everything on the chart. On top of that weeks later my friend got the full bill because they didn't accept her insurance . Omg DO NOT Go There! Especially if you're being seen by Esther fortingo!!! Edit: My friend congestion got so bad she went to another place and they prescribed her antibiotics stating she needed it. Do yourself a favor and just go to an urgent care place or a doctor office.

I usually recommend people to go to CVS for vaccine clinics and for COVID testing because of the MinuteClinic but that will not be something I do at this location. There’s a PA or nurse practitioner there who yells at you as soon as you walk in. I’m from a loud family so normally I welcome yelling professionals. This medical professional yells and walks away while you’re talking. She also slams the door on you while you’re asking questions like “Can I make an appointment here?” She may be overworked and during these hard times she may also be underpaid. I just hope CVS starts paying her more and staffs this clinic better with all the ARP funding they’ve gotten. Until then I will stop sending community folks from my group there and will stick with my own family’s screaming.

My experience here was nothing but positive. I was promptly seen, both the women working there were really kind and friendly toward me, answered all my questions, and made sure every concern I had with my visit was addressed. I'm compelled to write this review bc my pharmacy messed up on ordering the meds I was prescribed, and when I called CVS to resolve the issue, everything was handled quickly and respectfully. I'm really impressed by the care I received here and didn't want it to go unnoticed

No theres usually only one person on duty and they're not doctors, just nurse practitioners.
