I ordered delivery from 4230 Lawrenceville Hwy, Lilburn, GA 30047. Placed on July 13 at 9:42 PM. The store called at 10:06PM to tell us the pizza was ready but that they didn't have a delivery driver and we would have to come and pick it up. I asked why wouldn't you call and notify me of that right after I ordered? Not after the pizza is made. The employee was rude and unhelpful. I asked for them to cancel my order and issue a refund because we ordered delivery as we couldn't leave out of our house at that time. I have yet to receive my refund.

Be on time. It took over 2 hrs to get our pizza.today. We have ordered 3 days in a row this week and until today all was good. Pizza was.cold when it arrived

Christmas Eve, an extremely busy day for pizza hut, I ordered last minute (closing time) fairly large order online. I had no other plan for dinner for my kids and their friends. Pizza hut had my order ready promptly and accurately. Nice job!

Recently ordering my pizzas, they are made incorrectly to what I ordered and ate in past. Maybe my original pan is under baked It seems like the pizza effort is lacking! Maybe the oven is broken. Send help!
