I tried to donate a bookshelf and the employee who came out to my car was extremely rude. He said because it was missing a back, goodwill will not accept it. Before telling me this, he watched me unload it while offering no assistance. Since when is goodwill so picky about what is donated to them? He then watched me load the shelf back into my car, offering no assistance again. I drove directly to the Brookhaven goodwill and donated the shelf, with no issues… and they unloaded it for me! This particular employee could use some training in the customer service department.

Idk what all the bad reviews are for, I loved this place. A bit unorganized in some places but super good finds!!!

An ok selection of clothes, everything seemed organized but nothing popped out at me, no vintage shirts, no hats just your usual button up shirts.Hi Nawfside.
