I am the lead for the EmpowerMe in house therapy team here at Heritage Village. I truly love working with this community and value the wonderful relationships I've built with the residents and staff. Tom, the executive director, is fantastic and he really goes above and beyond for his staff and every single resident. His door is always open. Jen, the director of nursing, is as compassionate as they come. She treats the residents like family and she knows each and everyone inside and out. Chris in activities does an amazing job of keeping the residents engaged in a variety of projects and events that stimulate both body and mind and ensure that our seniors maintain their connection to community.

Absolute terrible place to work. The only reason I even came to work everyday was for these residents. As you see a lot of the complaints were about management and bed bugs. In my own experience,, I got called unprofessional for picking up my own pay stubs, in an office where I worked in admissions and was alone in there many times. Highly rude, and constant complaints about room clean because the people they hire 1.) quit or 2.) don’t know how to properly clean a room. Super disappointed.

Hello Bill; We are an assisted living community where those residents who need canes usually get them supplied free through Medicare B. Once Covid is over, we could consider you coming in and making a presentation
We do accept most pets if they have had their immunizations and you are capable of cleaning up after the pet. I am sorry but Medicare does not pay for stays in assisted living.
