Will definitely be hesitant to order anything from Paper Source again. I purchased an ornament for a gift, it was not personalized, on 11/28/21. I received my order confirmation email within minutes. That was last I heard from them. After a week of unsuccessfully trying to reach the Carytown store - no answer or a recording saying number not available at this time - I opted to call the toll free number. Here I was disconnected twice before finally speaking to Brittany who hung up on me on my first call. After providing my order number I was told that my order was cancelled on 12/1/21 and that it was the store's responsibility to email and/or call me. I never heard anything from anyone. I understand that it is unusually busy, short staffing issues, and a holiday season but a retailer should not comprise customer service - I would have rather been notified late than not at all. Very disappointed.

Unable to do in person personalized designs. We showed up to make our wedding invitations only to be told corporate does not allow in person sit downs and can only be done online with scheduling required and estimated to be 10 days wait …
