I have shopped here for lots of accessories, but will never shop here again and after reading the reviews I don’t know why anyone would, the owner comments tell you all you need to know never in the wrong and fairly snarky to say the least. My mother in law bought a griddle top to go on top of my gas grill but wasn’t what I wanted (this was towards the end of June) they closed up shop July 2nd due to moving. So couple months later after they have opened at the new location I went in to return it in the same box still brand new, well no return policies now after 14 days, I couldn’t return it because you moved…. Well we can give you a store credit or another griddle ok you don’t have what I want let’s just return it…. They won’t and insisted on the in store credit. I try to buy local but it’s small business like this that make the click of a button an easy choice.

I had worked here for no more than two days and I had a urgent dentist appointment that came up once I had told my manager Erin about the appointment he He told me I couldn’t go in to get it rescheduled as I couldn’t once I had left for my appointment he fired me what terrible management Aaron is the worst manager I’ve ever had in my whole life

We have required and provided masks at no charge for all guests since last March. We have hand sanitizing stations throughout the store, have a large well ventilated showroom, run specialized air cleaners that destroy covid, frequently wipe all surfaces, limit capacity and distance. Because of these measures we have had no infections by employees nor any known transmission. Multiple employees have been fully vaccinated.

Most rotis brackets as well as the spit length are made to fit specific grill make and models. They can be modified but this would be difficult for most.
We do not do in home consultations. If you take a few photos and bring dimensions of your fireplace into the store we can recommend an appliance to suit your needs. If your fireplace is in need of repair we recommend calling a certified chimney sweep.
