I absolutely love this shop. I come here for all of my tattoos and they are always friendly. I've never had a bad experience here and I doubt I ever will. Very professional and extremely clean. Fair prices and they have an awesome touch-up policy. The parking sucks, since you have to find a spot on the street, but that can't be helped.

Yes. Parent must have proof that the customer is his/her child. Both have IDs with same last name or birth certificate for child if last name differs from parent.

16 as long as you have a guardian with you. Names on both your IDs have to match unless you bring your birth certificate. 18 without a guardian.
They do great work
The minimum is actually 50, it's best that you bring the design in and talk to one of the artist. They can give you a quote on the spot.

You can call but it's either 30 or 40? I think its 30 for most piercings but it might be a little extra for belly. Definitely call they're pretty good at answering the phones and can give you an instant answer

$50 or some 2 for $50 if its like two lip pericings. Its a pretty good deal. I got a few done there.
