Drive thru service was awful. Ordered 4 drinks and none were marked so we didn't know if they were diet or regular. When we said something the girl at the window said she wasn't the one to pour them. Good customer service would have been to take the drinks, apologize, mark them, and then give them back to us. Instead we recieved an eye roll. They only gave us 2 forks for 4 people. We were also short egg rolls. Another girl came up and said we got everything and shut the window and then made a rude hand gesture. We had to go into the store and get more forks. Spoke with the manager and she said the drive up was really busy- funny no one was there- and that she had new employees and apologized. The girl at the drive up denied anything even happened.

Every single time we go through they say yes there's teriyaki on the chicken and we'll get on the road and guess what no teriyaki and short silverware. There was only 1 time they messed up the order and forgot to do greens.. but it's disappointing when they tell you yes it's there and it's not.

The food was ok, the tables were dirty, the workers were young and loud, yelling back and forth There were no napkins and was told they were out, even though there was a Wal-Mart Close by. to purchase some. Sweet and sour was only one small packet. We will be eating Chinese somewhere else.

Food was good as usual. But the service was terrible. Ordered fried rice and orange chicken. Had to wait on fried rice. It cs.e out and they were filling orders but not mine. At this point had waited over 5 minutes. They were also filling walk in orders. Went and asked about my order and was told they were now waiting on orange chicken. I looked over and saw that fried rice was almost gone again. Waited again and noticed fried rice was out again and asked about my order and was told the orange chicken was just about ready. I asked if I could get my rice now and they could bring the chicken as soon as it was up. The dished up rice and I went to table. I saw them bring out the orange chicken and start filling orders but not mine. Had to go and ask for my order again and the kid who had waited on me acted totally clueless. There was also a woman who had placed her order right after me that kept reminding them she had been waiting and other orders place after hers were getting filled. It too about 20 minutes to finally get my complete order.

Bad workers
Worst place to order food from even going through drive thou they're more worried about drive thou time so the manager can get their bonus and not give you what you really want from the store rude behavior rude managers snotty workers with a I dont care go somewhere else Attitude
On catering orders over $100 or you can contact food express
It says if foods are spicy or not on go menu !
I don't think they do, but they have a drive thru, or you can order ahead and skip the line.
