Shirley made our shopping experience perfect. My wife and I came to the Green Acres Raymour & Flanigan location with the intent and purpose of browsing for furniture for our new apartment. We’d had a poor experience at a restaurant before dropping off our 5 yr old daughter for an afternoon class so our expectations for shopping were low. Shirley gently greeted us on the way into the store. We said we were only looking to browse so she gave us the space we needed. Soon after seeing my wife and I show a layman’s interest in sofa’s she came over to help us. Not only did Shirley help us purchase a better sofa than the one we were looking at, she helped us furnish nearly our entire apartment. From beginning to end Shirley was kind, patient and gracious, even after our active and rambunctious daughter joined us for the remainder of the trip. I sincerely recommend Shirley receive any professional accolades available to her. Thank you for everything Shirley!

Jo-Jo’s presence can be felt with her heart warmth compassion to make sure that all your questions are address appropriately so that you can make an informed decision about your purchase. I went into the store to look for a office desk and I ended up buying desk, chair, and book shelve set ! She made sure that she look over all the numbers and communicate with the floor manager to make sure that my questions were address with confidence!
