I think the other location has better bagels I feel these were a bit to chewy.

Overall this place is expensive but not worth the price. The pancakes tasted like regular pancakes that you buy from the box and add water with no kind of love. 😒 the Bacon egg and cheese was expensive and you can find that for cheaper in any place in NY. The customer service was great, but that’s all. Waste of money tbh

I have been ordering from this place for years, so i decided to finally visit the store for the first time and my experience was horrible. I walked in made an order, 4 other people came after me placed an order and left before me. I stood there for 25 minutes before i was given my food. When i asked the cashier about why it took so long his response was "its not me". I didnt want to play the race card but thats sure as hell what it felt like. Completely lost a customer.

Just went up there to purchase a gift card stood at the counter with my money out after being asked if I needed help I replied nope just here to get a gift card and continued to stand there . I would say they were approximately five maybe six workers in the establishment. Granted the one in front of me was helping somebody count money but he could not make eye contact with me nor say to me I’ll be with you in a minute. Nobody else help me either. Finally decided to take my money elsewhere why should I give them money if they’re going to ignore me when I’m standing there with cash out trying to purchase some thing.Not normally a disgruntled person but when I have my cash out and I’m standing there for a prolonged period of time and no one in the store can ask me what I need or get me what I need I have to take my business elsewhere and I advise everyone in floral Park not to use that bagel place anymore because clearly they make enough money that they don’t need mine or yours. I would think twice about going into that bagel establishment.
