This rating is based just on telephone experience . I tried to make an appointment for an international patient (self payed, no insurance ) and the response was that the patient had to call themselves to make the appointment. It’s absurd, that while I am trying to set my father for some upcoming appointments that includes leaving a 400$ deposit , they would not let me make the actual appointment. Completely unacceptable .
