The sweets and bread in this bakery are great. However the customer service is terrible. The women who work here are extremely rude. It’s. Very bad for business. As much as I love their bread I won’t be coming there anymore because I don’t need the attitude. There are definitely other hidden gems in NY with good bread.

One of my fav Italian bakeries in NYC. Loooooove their pizza with tomato and olives. Plain croisants are also good ($2.50). Sugar free option available

Worst customer service ever. I’ve been shopping at this bakery for 3 years and won’t step foot in it again. The women that work in there are terribly rude and act as if you are a burden to serve. They really have lost touch that they work …Hey Sava, we're really sorry. Your experience is definitely not what we’re aiming for. Here's hoping we can make it up to you next time.
