Love the doctors and staff. Dr.Ayala has helped assist me and my family for years and I am super grateful for him. Expect a wait time because he takes his time with his patients and actually listens. Seriously not a typical doctor, he is a great man.

Horrible customer service I have been waiting for my lab results for months!! They insist that I be seen in person but once in the office I am in the waiting room for over 2 hours at a time, new patients taken priority over established patients, my family has been going to this office for several years. Today was the final straw, I was told By a nurse I was to be seen next a few minutes later other patients were seated next to me and her husband stood up and walked to the front and was gone for a little while when he came back his wife asked for my name and what time my appointment was and I told her I had been waiting for a couple of hours and another half hour later the same nurse who told me I was going to be seen next walked into the doctors exam room with a list of names and I managed to catch a glimpse and my name was towards the bottom and shortly after the couple who was seated AFTER me while I had been waiting for the better part of an hour was taken into the room. I have never seen a doctors office work in such a manner. I have never seen someone with a later appointment being seen before someone with an earlier one, when expressing my complaint with the nurses at the front including the one who told me when I supposed to be seen I was told that they were new patients. This is the most unprofessional doctors office I have seen, all it takes to be seen first is to complain about the wait time and regardless of who was there before.

Horrible unprofessional service, the front desk is the worse, they treat people in a very hostile way. 0 % recommended and reporting this office to my insurance, they do test and never want to give you results, they wait FOREVER to call you, after my insurance paid for the laboratory they never gave me my results . Is LITERALLY a factory, good reviews are from their own family or staffs member of the worse medical office in Kendall, DISRESPECTFUL ONCE THEY GOT YOUR INSURANCE DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR and they trained the staffs to lie to the clients, BESIDE THE STAFFS DOESNT EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH. Horrible

The staff that works there, nothing professional, they don't know how to give an answer, they do the analysis and they don't give you the results, there is always a problem with the internet or the ultrasound machines, but even so they charge you to the insurance, Thelma tells you something today and tomorrow something else, I do not recommend this place AWFUL treatment
