The nurse and doctor were both extremely attentive and helpful. Felt heard and not rushed one bit.

Terrible experience with the MA named Sham Alsurad, Alsurad practically threw the blood pressure cuff at me, did not secure it, Alsurad stopped the BP test in the middle of the cuff inflating, Alsurad did not take my temperature, Alsurad proceeded to ask me what medications I take in the same breath she said “never mind” she then left the room. Dr. Yelkovan was nice and treated me much better. Alsurad came back into the room and asked which pharmacy I wanted prescriptions sent to, I gave the pharmacy phone number. When I checked out I was surprised to see my vitals on the discharge papers as she did not take the time to check them she had near perfect blood pressure (I have chronic high BP), although I came in with fever she has almost perfect body temperature listed. When I went to the pharmacy I was told there was no prescription called in, so I asked the pharmacist to check again, and she told me yes, there was a prescription called into CVS in Hollywood, FL. I gave Alsurad the phone number for the Coral Springs, FL pharmacy. It took my pharmacist about an hour to transfer the prescriptions to my pharmacy. Do mistakes happen? Yes, they do, but having had the experience with Alsurad I seriously doubt it was a mistake especially when I gave her the phone number so there is no mistake. Alsurad has no business being in healthcare, she is a dangerous individual who does not care about the outcome of the patient. I seriously question this MD Now location and why they would hire people like Alsurad.
