We were able to make a same-day reservation for the lounge. We went in for drinks and snacks, essentially. Everything was very good. The menu had a few vegetarian options. The menu was just a tad dated, with the flavor combinations and ingredients that were super popular in the fine dining places a couple of years ago. Service was fine. The cocktail menu was interesting, and the drinks were very good, although the presentation was not very creative. The crowd was upscale, the dress code was business casual. The ambiance was nice (although as a personal preference I don't like TVs with sports on them -- for me, that detracts. As good as it gets 50 miles outside of the city. 😉

My wife and I are fans of Jean George and love his Perry Street restaurant and have been there many times. Have heard so much about Pound Ridge Inn and were excited to try it for Dinner. Service was very good and Ambience of this place is nice which are the positives. The prices of this restaurant are expensive including the appetizers and deserts which are on the higher side and that is okay if the food is amazing. We ordered 2 appetizers and 2 entrees that the waiter recommended along with some wine. Everything was underwhelming, and nothing special and didn't feel anything like a Jean George experience or restaurant, I question when he last set foot in this place as we left the restaurant feeling nothing special for the near $300 for the 2 of us. I won't be returning nor recommend this place and don't think it warrants the high reviews i'm seeing on this site.

Alright please please go here but also don’t do it can be my secret spot!! If you don’t k one pound ridge there are some amazing properties here and lots of “rich history”. This place is a must visit and you will want to go back. Highly recommend: shrimp salad oh and split it with a date ;). It is amazing even if you think you would not like it you will. Perfectly cooked shrimp in an amazing sauce over a salad that gets your evening started right. Ask the staff what to order they will not lead you astray. Negatives: parking is a little tricky and getting there by car is only way.
